Mr. Keith Lambert

Keith Lambert is currently Treasurer of an Australian Mortgage Finance company with over $500 million under management; he holds a Responsible Officer Licence under the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority as well as an MBA from Macquarie University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in the UK; a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and is a Visiting Fellow at Deakin University in Melbourne.

Ms. Louise Cooper-Shaw

Louise is Director of LCS Consulting Group and the Global Leadership Consortium specializing in delivery of culture change initiatives and leadership development.

 Louise is presently consulting with several large organisations in the provision of culture change, leadership development, executive coaching and accredited leadership development and management education. She has strong people skills, with demonstrated capacity in relationship building at all levels of the organisation.

She delivers leading edge management and leadership programs developing key organisational capabilities and has worked extensively in the SE Asian region, notably China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore and Thailand.

 

Her key value proposition lies in taking an "umbrella view" of a company - a fully integrated approach that connects the various elements of brand, culture, people, technology, and process improvement in order to achieve sustainable long-term performance improvements and accelerate change.

Her academic background includes post graduate qualifications in Applied Psychology, Education, Economics and Management. As part of her current role, Louise is a Professor (Adjunct) with the University of Ballarat and delivers MBA programs across the Asian region.

 

Her thought leadership is extensive across both corporate and academic fields. She is extensively involved in designing and delivering leading edge accredited training in the Call Centre industry. This has included developing educational programs incorporating progressive action learning technologies and research into customer satisfaction. Mr. Martin Davies

Martin Davies is a principal consultant risk based banking SME and a managing partner within the business solutions competency at Causal Capital. He specialises in designing risk measurement and management systems with a particular focus on regulatory capital frameworks. He has more than 10 years experience developing bespoke knowledge / workflow and scorecard solutions for financial institutions in both strategic and processing areas of the business.

Mr. Michael Armstrong

Michael Armstrong runs his own financial services consulting practice concentrating on markets in Asia and the Middle East. He has spent 15 years in the banking and finance industry based in Sydney, Hong Kong and now Singapore.

He is Industry Advisor to the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM) and a former Senior Manager, with HSBC in Hong Kong.

Michael Armstrong runs his own financial services consulting practice concentrating on markets in Asia and the Middle East. He has spent 15 years in the banking and finance industry based in Sydney, Hong Kong and now Singapore.

He is Industry Advisor to the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM) and a former Senior Manager, with HSBC in Hong Kong. His experience covers all aspects of financial services including, Wealth Management, product development, distribution, marketing and operations, working with global financial services firms including Citibank and HSBC.

At HSBC Mr. Armstrong was responsible for development of alternative distribution channels including Internet and self-service devices. Prior to this he was responsible for all consumer finance products in the Asia Pacific region. His challenge was to launch profitable products in countries as diverse as Korea and India.

His consulting activities have included work for Asian Development Bank in Manila. In addition he has lectured extensively with AAFM in the Middle East covering topics as diverse as mortgages, sales effectiveness, wealth management, investment products and asset allocation. Clients have included National Bank of Dubai, Dubai Financial markets and Gulf Bank in Kuwait.

His particular interest is in developing wealth management services and driving more effective channel distribution strategies.
